WE are now 26.5 lbs, can roll to our left, pull ourselves up and eat more cheerios than Dad can afford.

We are now at 25+ pounds, nah we are not crawling yet. We talk all the time, love to make raspberries and cheerios are a new friend. An hour of Veggie Tales helps me through the evening and I love to be outside.

Christmas Dec 23rd

Wearing Dads Hat (I hope he never fills it because I got a big head.) James cut a tooth on January 15th and he is somewhere around 23lbs, 30 in long... 95th percentile in every way. He likes all his foods, loves fruits like momma but does not like oatmeal in his milk. He does not miss many meals.

These are pics taken on his birthday. From our own scale he is 10lbs 4 oz and getting bigger every minute. This is his first laugh caught by Mom. I dont see it as him making it a month, I see it more like all three of us made it a month.

June 21, James weighed in at

9lbs 9 oz, 22 inches long... he is getting a better schedule and we are very happy

As far as we know

As of June 15, we weighed in at the wopping 8 lb 10 oz (or so the home scale says), here some new pics of James at 2.5 weeks old. He is chunking up nicely.

Finally

This was his first picture with Mom, he was born 5/27/06 at 4:52 am (yeah it was a long night) and wieghed 7.3 lbs 21 inches long. A true blessing and an absolute doll. James Anthony had a little from the vacum pump, but his hickey soon went away.

Stroller and Christina

Well we added a pic of the stomach and stroller. I personally think Dot will come out Potty Trained and Walking Already so we dont need any of this. Dot likes the music at the church and becomes active at 9pm. The 9 pm thing has us worried!

final update on the room

The room is now officially done. We are waiting for sheets, bumper (new word I learned that has nothing to do with a car) and of course Dot. He/she should be on his way and is very active. The quote on the wall is from "Oh the Places You will Go" by Dr. SEuss. I changed the name "O'Shea" and used "Riche'".... The little guy is from the book as well. Oh the knobs are from Home Depot that I put stickers on. Then I sprayed them with Laquer Clear. They came out good. I touched up some yellows around the room and I am done. Yeah!!!!!

The curtains were put up temporarily so dont think that is how they will look. Here are pictures of the crib and changing dresser. I should have more pictures up at the end of the week. The lightswitch is a gift to Dot from Andrea.

I finished Cat in the Hat

It actually came out pretty good, as you can see his tail comes out on the other side of the window. My mom actually had the idea. Please note I made the special fish color which is neither orange nor pink! wow I am good!

Sam is coming along great.. I put the picture on the transparency in black and white. I shoot it on the wall, start with white and paint all other colors. Then I come back with a black sharpie (I flatten the tip a little) and outline it. It is actually pretty easy but the marker step is somewhat time consuming. I have also learned from thing one and two to paint a color to the other color with no space in between. I painted his hat in and the rest will be up shortly.

Thing One and Fan

Thing One and Thing Two were not terribly hard as our beautiful model shows them off. The fan is a white fan and I put red electrical tape on the blades. It looks cool on high speed.
